Happy 16 Weeks Owen!

I began a weekly update back at 1 week old. Here we are 16 weeks and no we don't calculate his age anymore by weeks. But it just is working for the blog. So we are not weirdos. It just is playing out that way!~ Owen seems to change SO much each day. He currently loves his toes and chews and plays with them. He really has a beginning army scrooch going on. We keep saying if he knew how to work his arms and legs together he would be gone. He is rolling a lot, he LOVES to be held still. Almost the entire day and evening he wants held. Usually only Keith and I can rock him to sleep. (This secretly makes momma happy) Lol! He has enjoyed some rice cereal more. He cries because you can't feed him fast enough. He is growing to be such a big boy! You can feel it especially after a day of holding him!

Another week has gone by. I think it's safe to speak for Keith when I say, we both can not get enough of this little boy! He is our world. It's so precious when we just sit and watch him blossom into such a beautiful child. He is developing a lovely personality. He adores his feet and they are his new toy, his new favorite thing. He has grown A LOT in just the last two weeks. We keep hearing how big he is for 3 months, although, he is more long than anything. He has giggled twice for Keith. Unfortunately, I missed it both times. My youngest sister was struck by a car Thursday evening and I was at Hershey Medical Center when said giggling took place :(

Owen did such a great job. We are going to wait and see how Owen makes out with getting the rice out of system if you know what I mean before we try more! He loved it and ate all of it, I actually think he could have ate more. He took it off the spoon well too!

3 months have FLOWN by already~Owen loves to look at faces~Be held~Eat~Suck his fingers~Owen's now getting his toes~He is wearing 3-6 month clothing and will soon be moving to the next size~currently in size 1 diapers but will be moving to 2 after this pack~he is nursing most of the time with a bottle of formula in the evening with Keith or when we go somewhere~I would "guess" his weight is about 12 pounds and length is around 25 inches~4 month check up in July~Owen has already attended a funeral, wedding, graduation, tball tournaments, the beach, the boardwalk, the camper, his first camper fire, a campfire to name a few firsts! We enjoy our baby Owen but he isn't lasting a baby very long!
